Cherry blossom viewing at Aobanomori Park
Cherry blossom season is always the most beautiful season in Japan. Do you want to find a place where you can camp and enjoy viewing cherry blossoms in Chiba but haven't found any place that suits your preference yet? I will introduce you to a vast park with lots of cherry blossoms for you to enjoy.
Aobanomori Park is a giant amusement park in Chiba. There is a Western-style garden, a big playground for children, and a nice place to view cherry blossoms and plum blossoms.
Address: 977-1 Aobacho, Chuo Ward, Chiba.
Direction: It's a 10-minute walk from Chibadera station.
I found a vast park only 10 minutes away from my house by bicycle. I went to the park in the afternoon. It was sunny, and the clouds were blue. I left the bike below and walked a few stairs to go up.
I had just taken a few steps when I saw a row of cherry blossom trees stretching out to form a straight line that looked very beautiful. When I struggled to take pictures for myself, a Japanese person approached and gave me a hand with it.

After taking the picture down the hill, I stepped up to get closer to the cherry blossom tree. There were not only pink cherry blossoms but also white ones up there. A few trees next to them were denuded since they had been stripped of their flowers. There was no exit up there, so I had to go down to take a detour.

Walking on the road, I saw a small field with a few people sitting there talking, surrounded by cherry blossom trees, very peaceful. They were all couples, so I left.

Going outside, I discovered a road with no fewer or even more cherry blossoms and more stunning than where I first walked in. Some people ride bicycles, and others go jogging like in the peaceful anime I've watched.

A little further, there is a sports field surrounded by lots of cherry blossom trees in full bloom. The cherry blossom branches reach out to the inside, making the training ground looks like a painting with the green of the grass on the bottom and romantic pink in the surroundings. A few people were playing baseball, most of them were kids, but they practiced very hard.

After walking around, I finally found a place to take a rest. I went to the large grass near the sports field. There were so many people lying in the sun. Some families set up tents to rest, and the children were playing. I bought some food and brought it back there to find a shady place to sit down and enjoy.

I went to the park in mid-March, and the cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom yet, so there were still a lot of unopened small flowers. So I think the suitable time everyone should go there is in early April, which is also the best time to bloom.
Everyone in Chiba should visit this place at least once to see the cherry blossoms. I believe that those who come here will definitely want to come back once again. The park is vast, so it may take a day to explore it entirely, but I only went there to see the cherry blossoms, so I only visited a few places nearby. Please come there to visit if you have time.
